Yes, you can use homebrews but you have to talk to the DM about what kind and the time zone is pst

Hi I am also interested, I am not an hardcore player, But I would like to join your campaign! The only "problems" are that I am not from pst time, mine is GMT, but I have a lot of free time and that English isn't my first language, so I am not an expert talking in English 😅
