#Should we wait for a patch?

Hi there! Thanks for your report, I'd like to clarify a few things.

The update updated our old code/menu, etc. to the one used in our last two and most recent games. So because of this, the main menu looks different from what you're used to and might be confusing at first after logging in the first time, but your progress will not be lost. The host of your game just needs to select "Start new journey" and pick the checkpoint where you left off at. With this update, the lower graphics are actually improved (in my opinion your second screenshot looks much sharper/clearer/better textured). The lower graphics now look better than before, but with this new upgraded code the min. requirements have also become stricter. Meaning, while some people might have been lucky and been able to get away with playing below the min. requirements, they now could experience more lag, freezes or graphical issues if they do not meet the minimum requirements. I will include the specs down below, so make sure to check this and keep in mind that integrated graphic cards are not supported:

Make sure you have a good and stable internet connection and that your (graphical) drivers are up to date. It might help to close down as many programs as possible, turn off overlays, disable heavy drivers and turn down the graphic settings to see if this improves your situation.

If none of that helps, please send us your player log files. We might be able to find what's causing your issues in there.

The update also includes audio bugs, such as leak's sounds in the pipe puzzle, that you can still hear after finishing the actual puzzle. + we could not use walkie talkie while interacting with puzzles such as the tablet to connect the parts of the bridge

Yeah, my game is unplayable, it crashes every time, it's a shame me and my friend were on the last chapter :c

My game was running fine before the update, and I've been playing all the WWH series and it's been fine, how do I send the files? I'm at work rn I'll send them later.

But our devs have added a Legacy Patch that players can select if they want to play the old version

When I start the game

My screen goes black and crashes and my friend gets connection lost, no matter who is hosting
