No, I don't
Make sure you’re not playing on a public network like a campus or cafe wifi or anything. We recommend playing by cable and using a good stable network. You also need to both connect to the same region
And it often works a bit smoother to directly invite your friend to your game via Steam instead of the lobby, you could try that too

It's a massive problem. My friend has the exact same problem. There are recent negative reviews for your game in Steam, with people reporting a similar problem. Probably a problem on the part of your servers
We haven't received any web tickets regarding this recently so if there's really a big server issue, usually the inbox overflows with the same issues. So I would still investigate what's going on for you in this case.
Could you send us your player log files? Perhaps our devs can find useful info or error codes in there. They're located in a hidden folder, make sure you are able to view hidden items in your view settings.

Which country are you from? Russia?
Perhaps it's a Russia specific issue with the server

Our dev cannot find any issues or server outages on our end, so he has contacted the host of our servers so they can check if they can find anything. For now we need to wait for their reply
In the meanwhile, do you see any info about which region the game is trying to connect you to?
And in case you use a VPN, you could try connecting to a different region and see if that helps. But keep in mind that gameplay on VPN connections might be unstable.
