Hi Smugie, I'm sorry to hear that. Which game are you experiencing these issues on?

Because of the issue I've been hesitant towards buying the pack of games
Hey Smugie, could you try the following:
- Delete your local save file and your cloud save file
- Unplug any other USB devices
- Update your console and controller
- Reset your keybinds to default
- Reinstall the game
And make sure you have all settings for online multiplayer enabled
Think I've done everything right I'm still just stuck on the menu

Could you try to create a new Xbox account and see if it works on there? Just to rule out if it's account related. Do not log out from our current account, just add a new one and keep them both logged in
