First thing I notice is that your GPU does not meet the minimum requirements for the game.
However, could you please additionally provide a DxDiag.txt? Maybe there is another issue causing it that might be fixable. And to verify your system specs.
How do I generate a DxDiag.txt?
- go to the windows start menu
- type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
- after this tool has collected everything just click "save all", store it somewhere and upload it here.

Well, that was the last thing I could think of. Maybe a dev does have more insight and an idea, but other than that I am unfortunately unable to help you in that case. But your PC also is barely matching the minimum requirements if even. So that might actually be the problem. 
it worked 2 days ago but when I tried to play it next day it didn't work

well, maybe also stop your league game. since your pc is barely meeting minimum requirements. I would try again with everything closed that you don't really need. especially if it worked 2 days ago
when I open the game as an administrator and steam is colsed that's happens + when I open steam while the game is running nothing is changing and I can press play button on steam when I do it nothing happens no errors no thing at all
so, even if it's probably not the best solution you got it to run now?
nah it's not working cause the acc isn't linked to game now

okay, so it is working when you start it as admin but not from steam. Let's try to make steam start it as admin too. Here is how to do that:
- go to the games folder containing the main We Were Here Expeditions The FriendShip application.
- select it (left click), then right click and select Properties.
- switch to the compatibility tab
- click the Change settings for all users button
- select the Run this program as an administrator checkbox
- hit Apply and OK
After these steps you can launch it through steam and it should run as admin.
have you tried turning off the steam overlay?
the game works as administraor if steam is closed only
i think we've checked most of the things and tried most of the solutions i have, but I think I'll let a dev reply to you probably tomorrow. i'm basically out of ideas. But you did provide a great amount of info so far. So maybe it's an easy fix for the devs.

Hey, your graphics card is indeed below the minimum requirements to play. The video at the start of the game is relatively "heavy" so PCs that can't run this video will not be able to load in the game. However, our devs are going to look into optimization for the game for a future patch, to see if they can make this video and some other parts of the game a bit easier on PCs in general. Perhaps you will be able to play after that, although I cannot guarantee anything.
So can u tell me how the game opened 4 days ago and I was able to play it?
I would have no idea, perhaps the patch since they reuploaded all the endscreen videos in the latest patch. Did you try to reset your cloud save?
Perhaps changing your Vsynch from fast to something else in your Nvidia control panel settings might help

Then I'm afraid you'll have to wait for a future patch and hope that perhaps after that you are able to play. The devs can't find anything else in your log files unfortunately.

What are the minimum requirements? Because I have a 1660S and 16 GB of RAM and I have exactly the same problem.

So yours is not very much above the minimum but it should be able to run it. Could you try the following steps?

I have already tried to do that, I saw it in another thread that something similar happened and I tried it, but it didn't work
I also tried many launch parameters to see if it would work and it didn't work either.
Could you send your player log files and Steam username?

Just because I had a similar problem... have you noticed issues with your pc or running other games since the crash?
And has trying to reinstall the graphics driver caused issues?
