Hello, on the 6th of July i sent a message to buff staff regarding me not receiving the 1 day of premium for the 4th of July. The staff had me verify my email then said they would update my case to relevant staff. Since then i have received nothing from buff. I am wondering, when am i going to get my day of premium. R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6 only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart R6 after every R6 match (if this doesn't work, please try restarting BUFF with R6 as well). It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug.

Splitgate has a lot of tracking on Overwolf's side, however Overwolf devs just won't bother spending time on fixing Splitgate tracking due to the game's low playerbase. This results in this game being really unpredictable when it comes to giving you BUFF coins. Sadly, there's no estimate on when Splitgate will be stable as it's beyond BUFF's power to fix tracking for it.

AP AND GARENA ISSUES

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.

Also, RP cards don't work on Garena servers too.

Some people are able to access a feature which will show you ads in exchange for BUFF coins. BUFF has little control over how often this feature is available.
This means that BUFF and BUFF's support cannot do the following:
-force the ads to show up in your client
-tell you why the ads didn't appear
-tell you when ads will appear again
Almost everything about ads is controlled by our ad provider - they choose regions and suitable audience. BUFF has nothing to do with their choice, hence why we cannot tell you how to become a better target audience for ads and how to make BUFF show you more ads.

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6 only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart R6 after every R6 match (if this doesn't work, please try restarting BUFF with R6 as well). It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug.

it's hard to win in BR 7 times but it's way easier to win 7 times in other games
meanwhile it's super easy to play 10 BR matches within 15 minutes while it's gonna take hours to complete it in other games

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
