R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6 only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart R6 after every R6 match (if this doesn't work, please try restarting BUFF with R6 as well). It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6 only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart R6 after every R6 match (if this doesn't work, please try restarting BUFF with R6 as well). It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug.

Buff will add only PvP games, that means GTA will never be added, for mobile app, there must be API from game developers so buff developers can add it, but for now, API doesnt exist, because it would be already added. Playing on consoles is available only for splitgate because buff have contact with splitgate developers. Buff use overwolf trackers that track data you sending on game servers, and because you cant install overwolf and buff on consoles, there is no way how to track your game.
