I’m having an issue with Buff constantly crashing on PC while playing rocket league. I notice that every 4 or 5 games I’ll stop getting the pop up and when I alt-tab the buff window is frozen on a solid dark blue screen. And the only way I can close it is by using task manager and force closing all of overwolf. Which means I have to close my game too and relaunch buff and then my game.

If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6 only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart R6 after every R6 match (if this doesn't work, please try restarting BUFF with R6 as well). It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug.

there is way of doing it in registry, but if you do that, buff will get less money, that means item prices will be way higher, if you cant do things in windows, uninstalling buff/dissabling overlay in overwolf settings is only way, but you cant earn coins @tawny dome @young valley

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Some people are able to access a feature which will show you ads in exchange for BUFF coins. BUFF has little control over how often this feature is available.
This means that BUFF and BUFF's support cannot do the following:
-force the ads to show up in your client
-tell you why the ads didn't appear
-tell you when ads will appear again
Almost everything about ads is controlled by our ad provider - they choose regions and suitable audience. BUFF has nothing to do with their choice, hence why we cannot tell you how to become a better target audience for ads and how to make BUFF show you more ads.
