Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.

Also, RP cards don't work on Garena servers too.

Garena servers aren't officially supported by BUFF. However, there's a workaround until we figure out how to track Garena API properly:
-download LoL from Riot
-play 1 normal match via Riot LoL
-now you can close Riot LoL and play with your Garena client

it's because the buff tracker flags it as fraudulent when the end game event is triggered a minute or two after the match starts, to prevent users from spamming the tracker with games to farm easy coins. Unfortunately, this was set up before minecraft was supported, and duels matches are like, under a minute average. Does that answer your question?
