R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6 only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart R6 after every R6 match (if this doesn't work, please try restarting BUFF with R6 as well). It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug.

Your subscription can be cancelled in the BUFF app. Click on your profile picture in the top left corner of BUFF and find the section dedicated to premium subscription on the right side. Click on "View Benefits" and then in the new tab you should see a small "Unsubscribe" text that you can click on to end your subscription. (Image below)
Your subscription will still stay active for 30 days after your last charge even after you’ve cancelled it. You just won't be charged again unless you subscribe to premium again in the future.
