Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RP cards don't work on Garena servers too.
If you bought an RP card and you play on AP/Garena servers, please be careful next time and read the item description as all the cards are non-refundable!

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Your subscription can be cancelled in the BUFF app. Open Lounge and find the section dedicated to premium subscriptions in the top right corner. Click on "See More" and then in the new tab you should see a small "Unsubscribe" text that you can click on to end your subscription. (Image below)
Your subscription will still stay active for 30 days after your last charge even after you’ve cancelled it. You just won't be charged again unless you subscribe to premium again in the future.
