Buff sometimes tracks and sometimes not. I just played rainbow six siege and it tracked. I wanted to try for COD: Warzone. I played a multiplayer match and it tracked, and I finished Level 1. Wanted to also complete Level 2 by playing a warzone rebirth match, it did not track. I re-installed it and still nothing. Buff sometimes works and sometimes does not work.

Almost everything about ads is controlled by our ad provider - they choose regions and suitable audience. BUFF has nothing to do with their choice, hence why we cannot tell you how to become a better target audience for ads and how to make BUFF show you more ads.

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6 only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart R6 after every R6 match (if this doesn't work, please try restarting BUFF with R6 as well). It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug.

NAN / 50 COINS LIMIT / AD PROBLEMS

You can only get 50 coins from games everyday (challenges not included). When you exceed the 50 coins limit, all games might either show that you get NaN or 0 coins.
NOTE: Watching ads is known to somehow break the cap - you can end up getting NaN/0 coins after watching just a few ads and it's why we don't recommend watching any ads at the moment if you are planning to earn coins from games. We're working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.
If you're getting 0/NaN coins today, you should be eligible to earn more coins tomorrow or after 23:59 GMT.

When are game trackers getting fixed? devs keep adding new things instead of fixing already essential broken stuff. Pretty frustrating when you reach level 2 of a challenge only to realise it's not tracking or even worse it stops tracking when you reach half way through finishing it. This happened to me over 5 times now and it's so annoying that I stopped using buff for at least 2 months. I got around 5 of my friends to use buff, and they all left it due to the bugs. It's starting to feel like you guys aren't fixing it so people don't make much points. Honestly, I don't know how there aren't anyone talking about this. Like how else are you supposed to get much coins without doing weekly challenges. Yeah you can play games, but for example the average I get in RL for example is 0.40 there is no way you will make much unless you have no life. You might say we aren't supposed to make much then how are we going to be able to keep up with the price increases?. What I said right now will probably go in one ear and go out the another, but I really hope this gets fixed.

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6 only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart R6 after every R6 match (if this doesn't work, please try restarting BUFF with R6 as well). It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug.

Just looking at your reviews on overwolf. They mainly give 5 skull just because of the challenges. They all say that everything costs too much and it's too slow to farm coins. Do you guys listen to the community or what?

I'm not here to argue, if you dislike BUFF so much who am I to force you to keep using it
We do listen to our community but we also have to keep the economy healthy for us so that we can actually do what we do (deliver gift cards), it's up to you to decide if you want to use our service or not
And finally, yes the prices are up, but so are the coins that you can earn from games - rewards from weekly missions are higher than ever and there is a multitude of ways you can earn coins using BUFF

You aren't paying even a dime to buy from the market. All you are doing is playing your fav everyday game and grinding for rewards.

I would never like to spend half of my CPU usage for a 5$ card once a year. It may be free, but it's not a good reason to raise the prices.
If you're argument is "If you don't like it, just don't use" this staff is really f--ed up. I really like the app, but you made it worse with the time.
I used it for a year now, and got only one card by playing every day and making mostly every 10points weekly challenges.
Plus, I had to buy premium for my first card.
If you don't want to lower the price, at least i suggest to make them all free. Or at least don't make the better cards premium, cuz yes, the premium cards are the better ones, and you guys know it for sure.
We give you a lot of money on ads, and get likely nothing in months.

My opinion. You might not give a s--t, as well as yes, my language was rudimentary, but I certainly didn't leave you with the classic "It sucks" without argument.

You have to understand that buff is a business and they have to keep a certain standard to support the business, make the community happy and have enough to support the system overall.
Buff barely takes 10% of your cpu and ram usage. As the demand for more variety of cards and riot cards increases, new suppliers were introduced which obviously have different prices. Thus, they had to make changes overall to balance things out. Weekly can give you more than 50 coins if you do all 3 levels, there are also dailies / daily spin and daily challenge. You can earn 50 from games only and 50 from games.
Having premium is just a choice and a way to support buff which gives you more benefits. They are not forcing you to buy a premium, spend money on the app or even use the app. People who have been using it for a while know how to take advantage of different games and scenarios.
