Some people are able to access a feature which will show you ads in exchange for BUFF coins. BUFF has little control over how often this feature is available.
This means that BUFF and BUFF's support cannot do the following:
-force the ads to show up in your client
-tell you why the ads didn't appear
-tell you when ads will appear again
Almost everything about ads is controlled by our ad provider - they choose regions and suitable audience. BUFF has nothing to do with their choice, hence why we cannot tell you how to become a better target audience for ads and how to make BUFF show you more ads.

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6S only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart BUFF after every R6S match. It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6S only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart BUFF after every R6S match. It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug

Almost everything about ads is controlled by our ad provider - they choose regions and suitable audience. BUFF has nothing to do with their choice, hence why we cannot tell you how to become a better target audience for ads and how to make BUFF show you more ads.

CHALLENGES BARELY WORKING
We are aware that challenges for some games aren't regularly updated or take a long time to update. Our devs have been notified about it and are working on a fix.

Similiar to this post i made 2 days ago, league of legends challenges are bugged again. Except that now instead of not registering my full physical damage count it did not register a single game in my session. I am missing 33k physical damage to complete challenge and it registered 0 from last 5 games.
