there is nothing you can do if you want to login in both pc and phone as in pc, mac isn't supported by overwolf unless deleting the current account(the icloud one) to delete it you need to create a ticket in #open-a-ticket, once approved, you need to wait 14 days to create a new account. When you create a new one I recommend you creating google as it has the minimum issue and with google you can login both pc and phone

AP AND GARENA ISSUES
Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RP cards don't work on Garena servers too.
If you bought an RP card and you play on AP/Garena servers, please be careful next time and read the item description as all the cards are non-refundable!
