API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

You can only get 50 coins from games everyday. When you exceed the 50 coins limit, all games might either show that you get NaN or 0 coins. 4. Switch back to the original game with the stuck challenge
5. Play another match of any supported game and get coins from it (no need to complete the challenge again, you just need to have one game tracked after you followed steps 1-4)
   The stuck challenge should be updated now and you should get the coins for completing it.

CASCADE WINDOWS / MONITOR ALIGNMENT

If your BUFF app looks like it's cut off at the top here's a workaround on how to be able to move the app around again:
-Right click on taskbar
-Select "Cascade windows" option
-All open windows will be resized, including BUFF
Another way of avoiding this bug is changing your monitor alignment, as the core cause for this issue is BUFF not liking your monitor alignment. Below is an example of a working monitor alignment that shouldn't cause any issues:

SPLITGATE

Splitgate has a lot of tracking on Overwolf's side, however Overwolf devs just won't bother spending time on fixing Splitgate tracking due to the game's low playerbase. This results in this game being really unpredictable when it comes to giving you BUFF coins. API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

R6 TRACKING ISSUE

There's a bug where in R6S only your first match gets tracked and gives coins. This is due to some tracking issues on BUFF's side. Every match after the first will just make BUFF show the endgame pop up of the first match and will not award you coins.
Sadly, to address the bug tracking would need a big update which is not likely to happen very soon. For now, the only workaround is to restart BUFF after every R6S match. It is indeed inconvenient but it's the only workaround we know right now.
Please do not create a ticket about this bug

you can't redeem in AP servers

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global cards on AP servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RP cards don't work on Garena servers too.
If you bought an RP card and you play on AP/Garena servers, please be careful next time and read the item description as all the cards are non-refundable!

CHALLENGE STUCK

Here are steps to fix this issue:

1. Restart BUFF
2. Navigate to the Challenges tab
3. Set the game selected to a different game than the one selected
4. Switch back to the original game with the stuck challenge
5. Play another match of any supported game and get coins from it (no need to complete the challenge again, you just need to have one game tracked after you followed steps 1-4)
   The stuck challenge should be updated now and you should get the coins for completing it.

Hi. My BUFF didn't track my latest games, and so, it didn't check the challange

I played 2 games today, but none of them were counter. Buff was active. After a game I noticed it catched some sort of lag, e.g. I couldn't switch to dota, and marked didn't show anything. I restarted the BUFF, but it didn't help

You need to enable Overwolf's overlay for games that you play so that BUFF can start working with them
To check your overlay you gotta find Overwolf (little white wolf icon) in the bottom right of your taskbar and then right click Overwolf -> Settings -> Overlay & Hotkeys

It is enabled.. I just looked at some help and it seems that a game has to be more than 16 minutes to be registered ? No Ranked Standard game in Hearthstone lasts 16 minutes.
