Hi! i use buff game long enough now to already redeem 2 codes (thank you!). I have a question, ive send it to mail already but i think based on the reply they didn't understand me. When launching a game, like a game of LoL, the BUFF Menu opens up aswell, and i notice a difference in game performance. so now i control alt delete every time i start a match to close the buff menu.
Will you guys plan to fix that? you won't even look at the menu and the ads while gaming anyways.
(Iam not talking about the pop ups with the cirkel before you can press X, iam talking about the full menu being opened when launching a match) and while playing the game, you don't look at the menu + those ads anyways.
Since i notice a difference in performance i thought it was important enough to let it know here, because control alt deleting everytime when launching a match is pretty annoying, and if you close the menu before launch it opens up while launching automaticly.

I did all that and Buff opens up. Also, it shows post-match info only sometimes, sometimes I get the info but other times it doesn't track it. That's the bug I was talking about. It's frustrating because I've lost so many BUFF points because it doesn't detect that I just finished a match and only detects the matches I play only 75% of the time.

I agree with the unknown, after the new CoC update it no longer counts victories with trophies and that's why buff no longer shows victories in buff

Another thing is that Brawl Stars and Clash Royale victories are giving me very few buff points, something that about 2 days ago for each victory they gave between 1.40 to 2.00 buff points and now they only give 0.30 to 0.40 buff points, they have to fix that.

My buff keeps either freezing while im playing games (so my progress towards xp for the buff pass is lost). or, when i close a game, the tracking doesn't stop and I end up losing the progress when I open another game.

For example, I play btd6 and grind buff pass xp. but either my program freezes which causes me to lose hours of xp grinding or when i do end up closing the game, the tracking doesn't stop and i lose my progress.

I am once again encoutering an issue with buff not tracking my matches. It was tracking for the first few hours but now it hasn't tracked my last 2 matches I won in League of Legends.

Maybe it is a bug where if you play for a long time (>3hours) the buff app stops tracking matches? But that is very inconvenient, having to open and close a game every 3 hours so that buff tracking doesn't mess up

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

I have Problems since like 2-3 Weeks with tracking my Progress when playing World of Warcraft. The only time Buff is tracking my Game Time is, when I restart the Battle.net-Launcher (for an Update of this) while Buff is running in Background. If this isn't done, the Window that should track my Progress and is always on Background won't close when I close WoW and therefor doesn't show any Progress on my Reward-Track. Even if i manually close this window by Clicking on the X, nothing happens... I guess it kinda only tracks the time the Launcher is active and while it is no game, there is no Progress... normally around this time on a new Reward-Track i'm at level 40 at least... and since it is so bugged atm. I'm only past Level 25... and if this isn't going to be fixed, I think about uninstalling the app, since there is no need for me having a app, that doesn't do what it should do.
Just for Info: I have Buff/Overwolf and Battle.net-Launcher setup, so both will autostart when I start my PC... maybe there is a issue, that Buff is started before Battle.net-Launcher and therefore thinks that the Launcher is a Game and tries to track the Launcher instead of the Games I play with it. Also I have Overwolf Overlay enabled on World of Warcraft, since I also use the WarcraftLogs-Overlay Addition and this works totally fine.

• Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

Ok so I was playing valo and I had X amounts of kills and 0 deaths and my game crashed (not crash but just off), and I was rewarded some amount of buff points and I restarted my PC and resumed the match, I was paid for both instances even if it was just 1 match

Technically it's really not the game trakers fault because Buff actually measures rewarded coins per instance in which there is a certain amount of rewards set up

But it can be exploited

By the means I gave you above

If this turns out to be true, I request some kind of reward (just anything for the sake for being ethical)

I can explain where the problem lies too..

1st exit around 0.28 if I remember correctly and another 0.78 after I finished

(I joined way later in game had only 10 or 11 kills with 13 deaths)

Ik that doesn't sound much, because I didn't perform well the secondary result was bad.. A person can easily misuse it by 1st playing half the game getting 20 kills or SMTH and intensionaly crashing the game (by turning off the internet is the most simple example) and restarting the Buff app after terminating it, after which the user can resume and win with 30 kills to get the usual reward but another reward is also added to it previously

This is a kind of faulty system because Buff uses the Client user instance instead of the server user instance from Overwolf's side
