I pay for premium and to not get games tracked is a critical failure. It’s been happening for months. I’ve missed out on easily a couple thousand buff points (an average of 4 buffs per game) from the hundreds of hyper roll and double up games I play that don’t track.

Is it normal that m Buff Marketplace only shows like 6 options to buy, and none of them are like Gift Cards, Gaming Components, and such?
Even with the "Hide Out of Stock" not enable, it still only shows those 6 things, is it normal?

Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.
If you bought an RA card and you play on AP/BR (VALORANT) or Garena (League of Legends) servers, please be careful next time and read the item description as all the cards are non-refundable!

Buff doesn't work with SF6 anymore. Before you ask, yes I made a clean reinstall for Overwolf and Buff. Yes, Buff is activated in the Overwolf settings for this Game. This stopped working as soon as Buff didn't give only XP but also added the coins for it.

Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

yes you can buy multiples of the same giftcard as long as you're fast at entering the codes and there's enough stock

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Hey Support can you re-issue my premium elite for 24hrs inventory item? I saw the $2 Amazon Cards in the shop so i activated it, but when i click "redeem for 400" button, no email is sent and no buffs are deducted, so there must be an issue with the card. I have no need for the premium elite status for the next 24hrs if i can't use it to purchase items from the shop, so i'd like it back for when the shop is working properly. Please help?
