I also have an issue, when I play R6 Buff won't track my game. For example. when I played RL yesterday it tracked it perfectly fine and it worked correctly, but when I play R6, at the end of every match it says, "Start game not found". I am not sure what the problem is because Buff was open and set up the same way it was for RL and it worked there, but it hasn't workedat all yet for R6.

RIOT ACCESS CODES IN BR AND AP

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.

Found the problem, sort of. Old_Overwolf in Task Manager had Buff as a child task, so ending the parent task appears to close Buff.

Panels are still loading with the tracker erroring out to a 'Block is under maintenance" window, so its likely on Buff's end there are problems. Bet theres a hotfix imminent

Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

Your subscription can be canceled in the BUFF app.
On the top of the BUFF app window, there is a button that says “Premium Page”. Click on that, and you will see an option to cancel your subscription by clicking on "Unsubscribe", check the image below to see how the butons look like.
Your subscription will still stay active for 30 days after your last charge even after you’ve canceled it. You just won't be charged again unless you subscribe to premium again in the future.
