- Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
- Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
- Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.
If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

Hello, I have had an issue with the daily spin on buff games, a year ago you told me that I had to wait for a ticket, this however did not work. I still have yet to receive any buff points or compensation, also I feel you have been rude to me when I tried to DM you saying "it is in the rules to not DM staff." High possibility that this situation is everywhere (or, at least, in many countries). For example, during 2022-2023 Buff worked perfectly in Ukraine. Gift cards (Steam, RIOT, Roblox...) were available and restocking every day or once per couple days (even multiple types - 5, 10, 20 $...), I got couple of them just by playing LoL regularly. Then, suddenly in 2023, all the Steam gift cards disappeared. And many people write here from different countries that are NOT under sanctions (like Russia) and they also can't see gift cards for a very long period of time and the cards also disappeared suddenly. In multiple replies support insisted that Steam cards are not available in some regions and supplier decides what countries are eligible for Steam cards etc. But it does not explain why gift cards were available for almost 2 years (or more) and then suddenly disappeared without any explanation / informing in the app. And now the raffles as the only way to try to get the gift card, with a 0,0001% possibility or even lower (multiple tickets), is also not available. You are not alone, mate.

If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

- No optifine nor mods installed
- Hypixel.net server.
- Hypixel language must be in English.

Most of the popular cards are being restocked on a daily basis - there's just a very big demand and those cards go out of stock shortly after restocking, that's why it's hard to catch them in stock

Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
So I got warned for no flipping reason!?

4- Launch the game and see if BUFF starts automatically when you launch the game
