You can only see items redeemable in your region and global, so you won't see items from another regions. Some regions might have more items than others. Some items are out of stock even if you can't see them. Check the marketplace every now and then to see if there are new items, and also check raffles.

- Play on the official Minecraft Launcher

- No optifine nor mods installed
- Hypixel.net server.
- Hypixel language must be in English.

In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

If buff doesnt load you can try this:
- Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
- Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
- Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.
If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.
