yes, its pretty normal. the shop reloads every once in a while and you have to be quick to snag any good cards. Valorant is very very rare to get. I hardly ever even see it in my shop on the United States. Maybe its less rare in other regions but im not too sure.

• Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

Hello again! I seem to be having an issue tracking games in Overwatch. I have gone into the options of Overwolf to make sure the game is located and recognized, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Buff, then proceeded to do the same with the entirety of Overwolf (using the guide provided in this forum) since that fixed this issue last time it happened. Unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. For some reason, Buff has no issue tracking Hearthstone or BG3, but with Overwatch all I get is the game launch screen in the corner, then nothing else until I exit the game with the" Buff didn't track any matches" window.

tldr: Overwatch won't track but other games will. I have gone through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling everything related to Overwolf with no progress in tracking OW games. Any help would be appreciated!

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

You can only see items redeemable in your region and global, so you won't see items from another regions. Some regions might have more items than others. Some items are out of stock even if you can't see them. Check the marketplace every now and then to see if there are new items, and also check raffles.

If buff doesnt load you can try this:

• Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
