Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Are the Level 1 to 3 challenges' stat recording going to get back to recording nearly as soon as the match is completed, or has it been slowed WAY down by design? yes but in this case it hasn't recorded any challenge progress for Rocket League or Valorant all week. It has recorded progress for Fall Guys, except regardless of refresh or restart of program, the QUICKEST it has given me credit for challenge completion has been 8 minutes, and the SLOWEST has been 2 hours. Is there a reason for the seemingly random delay, and what is the ETA for a fix if there is not an intended reason for the delays?

No amount of time waited has shown progress on Valorant or Rocket League in multiple instances this week

While on Fall Guys, i would play 1 match, complete Tier 1 Challenge, and refresh/restart the app again and again. The quickest this worked and recorded the challenge as completed was 8 minutes. For Tier 2 Challenge it took 34 minutes before recording the challenge as completed after the match completion, and Tier 3 Challenge too a little more than 2 Hours to update as completed. I have tried this same formula on Valorant and Rocket League this week and neither game shows any progress despite having screen shots of tasks being completed within the match and the entire match recorded through Outplayed.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

CANCEL PREMIUM

Your subscription can be canceled in the BUFF app.
On the top of the BUFF app window, there is a button that says “Premium Page”. Click on that, and you will see an option to cancel your subscription by clicking on "Unsubscribe", check the image below to see how the butons look like.
Your subscription will still stay active for 30 days after your last charge even after you’ve canceled it. You just won't be charged again unless you subscribe to premium again in the future.

Hello, does anyone know how to redeem gift cards using my buff points. I don't see any gift cards on marketplace since couple months now.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

FRAUD ERROR

If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

1- Make sure that your overlay for the game is enabled(Check the gif below to learn how to enable overlays.)
2- Close BUFF and the game
3- Keep OverWolf running
4- Launch the game and see if BUFF starts automatically when you launch the game
If BUFF starts auto, play a match and see if it works.
