In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Hello I've ran into a problem every match I play any game like minecraft overwatch fortnite everything happens has normal startup started match recording shows the supported game modes like normal I play then everytime after matches get the normal pop up shows rewards exp 0 buffs 0 with the buff logo infinite spinning nonstop then I exit entirely pops ups buff didn't track any matches yet it said it started tracking beginning of the matches. I've stopped using the app for few hours if that would fix it even reinstall overwolf and buff even deactivating then reactivate recording overlay all that still nothing I've tried on my other pc same issues but I made a new account and everything normal works as it should

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

RIOT ACCESS CODES IN BR AND AP

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.

My account was banned because the system thought I was using multiple accounts. This happened because I log in to my friend's account to purchase buff points for him because he doesn't have credit card. (the only way to purchase in Egypt is using credit cards because all other cards are restricted). I created a ticket and the support responded that they won't unban my account. I had 3000 BUFF Points on my account. At the very least, refund me for my purchases!

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
