It has always happened with me since i started using buff, for many days there is no riot card and the very next day it shows it as out of stock, i have stacked a lot of buff points within few months but didn't had the item in the market which i wanted. came here as soon as i opened buff today, I absolutely hate what they've done! I was bummed when they made the free spins every 6hrs a while back, but now the bonuses for playing daily AND the daily challenges are gone?? these features may seem small but i feel are so integral to the feeling of satisfaction from earning. Being able to earn something daily is what keeps me logging in everyday. Now we have a spin wheel worth nothing, some weekly challenges worth up to 70 points (if you grind all week, or get lucky with easy challenges) and the passive gaming income (for me, 1-2points per 30 min game). Not to mention how the season passes used to be full of freebies for non-payers, now it's so sparse I totally forget its even there. Buff only wants premium members now it seems, all the free stuff is getting taken away.

If buff doesnt load you can try this:

• Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.

• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.
