So I downloaded buff and when I launch it, it shows that the window is open in the taskbar, but I'm not able to actually get the window to appear on the screen. I've tried reinstalling, restarting my computer, and launching as administrator, but nothing seems to work. Any idea why this is happening? Maybe I'm the only one who's had this problem.

• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

• Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

You can find the information about all supported games and gamemodes in the BUFF app itself. Please click on the joystick icon in the top right corner and a new tab will open which will list all supported games. Hovering over a specific game will show you supported gamemodes too

buff has known issues with ranked games updating, but users have been saying battleground mode has been working for xp and time played

if you want to send in logs for the ranked updates you can and #open-a-ticket but so far doesn't seem to have a fix
