nope, after i finish a game, i get buff points but in the apex match summary (not on buff) it says no time survived or damage done, that game i didnt deal damage but did survive for x amount of time but its not showing up

hey all quick question, i installed buff yday through overwolf n it worked fine (i saw the ui n everything but i was stopping playing for the night so left it at that) but after putting my pc to sleep and resuming today, it's just perma stuck on a loading screen even tho i've been playing for around 5hrs now, i just tried restarting my pc in case the sleep mode messed up the launch cycle or smth but that hasn't fixed it - should i just reinstall through overwolf or is there smth im missing?

• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

• Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

FRAUD ERROR

If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

My Buff hasn't been tracking my XP. I just broke down and bought the Buff Pass and now it's not been tracking it. Is there something I can reset or should I try to uninstall/reinstall? The game I'm playing is The Sims 4 and I'm actually not sure how long it's not been working for me.

No I wasn't AFK and I just use my mouse with nothing fancy. It used to open a Buff window when I booted up the game and now it doesn't on both my PC and Laptop.

1- Make sure that your overlay for the game is enabled(Check the gif below to learn how to enable overlays.)
2- Close BUFF and the game
3- Keep OverWolf running
4- Launch the game and see if BUFF starts automatically when you launch the game
If BUFF starts auto, play a match and see if it works.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one :)

You can only see items redeemable in your region and global, so you won't see items from another regions. Some regions might have more items than others. Some items are out of stock even if you can't see them. Check the marketplace every now and then to see if there are new items, and also check raffles.
