• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

• Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

Go to this page (https://support.buff.game/hc/en-us) and create an account with the same email you're using on buff.

Then, go to https://support.buff.game/hc/en-us/requests/xxxxx (remember to change the "xxxxx" for your ticket id number, that you can find on the email) and check the status of your ticket.

There, you can see if it's open or solved

Open - If your ticket is open then please still wait for a reply if you don't get answer within 10 business days (which is 14 days) then send a new reply with the same ticket

Solved - If your ticket is solved, it means you may or may not get a response from buff support. Buff support will no longer respond to your ticket until you submit a new answer. After you send a new answer, your ticket will return to Open. If your issue has still not been solved within 10 days and the status has been solved, send a new answer until your ticket is closed

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one :)
