Two things: 1. I keep getting fraud errors on Hearthstone standard for seemingly no reason. 2. My wins in ranked matches are not being counted even in the instances I don't get a fraud error.

- Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
- Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
- Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.
If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

Hello. I have a few questions on Buff.game tokens. I get Buff tokens on playing the game with BUFF running in the background. Then I can convert those to tokens. Do tokens expire after a time period? Also there is a limit of tickets that can be applied in a raffle. If I put the max amount of tickets in one raffle what are the chances that I lose the raffle vs I win the raffle. How is this selected. Is this just randomly selected?

- You can buy as many as you want, but if you need them back buff points cannot be returned
- The more tickets you put in raffle the more chances you can be a winner but you don't have to be a winner

Im having an issue with tft specifically giving me a fraud error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled buff I'm able to earn points through other eligible league modes and other games. However for the past week or so every game of tft played hasnt allowed me to earn buff points. Not quite sure how else to troubleshoot besides reinstall which didn't fix my issue

If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!
