• Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray

• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

Hi, I need some help please. I'm trying to complete my "Win 5 ranked matches" "Endless Challenge" Quest for Brawl stars. I just won a ranked match, and nothing happened. I even exited Buff and reopened it, but nonetheless the progress meter had still failed to move. Just to be clear, I opened Buff, then opened Brawl Stars, then won the ranked match, checked Buff, exited out of Buff, and finally, reopened Buff - once again, to no avail. • Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
• Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one :)

You can only see items redeemable in your region and global, so you won't see items from another regions. Some regions might have more items than others. Some items are out of stock even if you can't see them. Check the marketplace every now and then to see if there are new items, and also check raffles

They're like giveaways with a paid entrance. You buy tickets (or get them free on the battlepass) and then you join the raffle you're interested in. The more tickets you apply, more chances to win (never guaranteed, it's random - like a giveaway)

RIOT ACCESS CODES IN BR AND AP

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.
If you bought an RA card and you play on AP/BR (VALORANT) or Garena (League of Legends) servers, please be careful next time and read the item description as all the cards are non-refundable!
