If buff doesnt load you can try this:
- Restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
- Check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4). (if your internet stop working, undo the stuff you did)
- Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.
If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

You can only see items redeemable in your region and global, so you won't see items from another regions. Some regions might have more items than others. Some items are out of stock even if you can't see them. Check the marketplace every now and then to see if there are new items, and also check raffles

You'll know it's available to redeem it in your region when you see it on the marketplace. If you're trying to buy a global item, please, check first its description

Its not a scam in the slightest, It is a lot better when you get any of the premium subscriptions, but especially the Premium Elite. I play a lot and make back way more than what I spend because of that, as well as the perks from the subscription. I am unsure why that is happening to you guys though, I have never had an issue even when I used it free, maybe check the settings of not just Buff, but the Overwolf Overlay. They have info and ways to help with some FAQs in the #common-questions tab, if that doesn't work, go back here and explain the problem in more detail and how you tried to fix it. The admins might take a while to respond, but they will get to you, just don't tag them.

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.

- Try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.
If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

Hello! I used BUFF a while back. For some reason, I was logged out one day. I tried logging in again, but I couldn't remember my login method/which email I used. When I used the wrong email to attempt to log in, it forced me to make a new account rather than going back to the log in screen. Therefore, now I get the "multiple accounts detected" issue when I try to use my first account all because I was forced to create a new one when I input the wrong email. This is rather frustrating because I enjoyed using BUFF, and I was wondering if there is any way I could fix this. I understand why you aren't allowed multiple accounts, but in my instance I wasn't TRYING to make another account. I was simply trying to figure out which log in method I used, and I was forced to make a new account to proceed.

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.
If you bought an RA card and you play on AP/BR (VALORANT) or Garena (League of Legends) servers, please be careful next time and read the item description as all the cards are non-refundable!
