In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

When i started the game, buff launches automatically. Gives me the starting window showing i will be gaining XP for the game (valorant) but never changes away from the version that says "launch game screen". Hey, I've had an issue with buff for some time when in lounge/challenges. It always shows the error message: "A mysterious error occured. Ouch! Seems like BUFF had ran into a critical error and now restart is needed. Feel free to report about it to development team in Discord." I’ve tried to restart and completely reinstall buff/overwolf but it still didn’t work.

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
