If buff doesnt load you can try this:

• restart overwolf: can be done clicking on exit on overwolf icon on your system tray
• check if its not blocked on your /hosts file: Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts and check if there any record of buff there.
• check your dns settings: Go to your network driver, and check ipv4 settings. Try inserting google's dns (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4).
• try with mobile data: Enable hotspot on your device and connect to your pc in that network and check if it works.

If none of these solutions worked, contact your ISP. They could be blocking buff ip.

Is there a reason why Buff Games counts "Saves" and "Epic Saves" as 2 separate entities? Tier 3 Challenge requires 7 Saves in a single match. I just had a 9 SAVE GAME, but because 6 of them were "Epic Saves" (which are a HIGHER DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY) Buff Games only recorded the 3 "Saves" that were not epic of the 9 SAVES MADE in the game. I'm grinding here, and i feel like the goal posts are moving without being direct and transparent about the in game challenges.
