not sure what timezone you are in, but personally I have never had problems when I want to go buy the card. I'm PST but I've seen cards for the ones I want at all different times of the day, from early morning, noon, evening, middle of the night, it just depends on the day. My best solution for you is to just keep checking at different times of the day in order to get the card you want
