has anyone else been dealing with buff game sometimes just not processing a supported game has closed and by extension not getting exp for the session? it's been happening at varying frequencies for around a year now and i'd really like to know exactly what's causing it

the most i've been able to find for why is that sometimes if i notice the complete lack of the reward pass reloading as it processes the results and open full view, i'll see a "something went wrong" error with loading the pass details that fixes itself a few seconds later (but in turn means that i don't get the exp because this error was happening within the 10-15 second window that it'd process a game finishing)

i really have no idea what causes this and it seems to make my earning rate dependent on how many of my sessions ended while the disconnect's happening

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
