Hello everyone! I have gotten an error several times now labeled "fraud". Before anyone says anything silly, I was playing Hearthstone's battlegrounds. That is it. also sometimes I don't get buffs at all 🙃, mostly when I get 2 buffs in match

getting to 2 itself is hard and getting to 5 is extremely difficult, you need luck and skill

in the end you are not rewarded properly (only 2 buffs or 0)

Hello, i have created an acount but it doesnt seem to be connecting to my games i play, is there an obvious issue i am missing/

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one :)
