I alr submitted an Unfreeze Account Report Form and I haven't gotten my account unfrozen after 7 business days. I was told to submit a ticket regarding this and got the above email stating I should submit another Unfreeze Account Report Form and wait another 7 business days. Then what was the point of submitting the form in the 1st place if no one is gonna unfreeze my account even after the stated time period in the form?

I feel like this feedback needs to be given to whoever is in-charge of doing this technical work. Pls don't put a "deadline" on the form if it's not gonna be kept to.

Just to clarify, I'm not angry at whoever is doing the FAQ support here. I rlly appreciate y'all for timely getting back to me on this.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
