We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one :)

Is there a way to fix the "out of stock" issue? I was waiting for an hour to get the "Riot Access Code" however the shop got down a few times, I waited then it got fixed, and the only available stock was the steam giftcards for exactly 5-10 seconds, after that everything dissapeared again, the shop broke and now its fixed but the riot access code is saying that is out of stock for 25minutes, when i was constantly checking (atleast 5-10 times per minute) and the riot access code was never available.

You need to enable Overwolf's overlay for games that you play so that BUFF can start working with them
To check your overlay you gotta find Overwolf (little white wolf icon) in the bottom right of your taskbar and then right click Overwolf -> Settings -> Overlay & Hotkeys

why is this allways showing up after my games i won nearly up to 30 matches and i am still on 11 out of 13 winns why is it not going up? (in rocket league btw.)
If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

Hey i don't know a lot about the situation currently outside like in the US or anything, but the restock of cards especially valo card happens once a day day here instead of -4 times a day for other cards also it used to happen at 5:00 in the morning earlier now it's 6:00 in the morning which is really frustrating at times, i've been trying to get a card for over 2 months now, can someone please help

All game modes on overwatch 2 and valorant. Zero builds solo on fortnite. I have overwolf overlay enabled for all games as well. I get XP for the buff pass but no buff points. The matches don’t even go to challenges. When I close the game, it says buff didn’t track the session.

We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one :)

You can find the information about all supported games and gamemodes in the BUFF app itself. Please click on the joystick icon in the top right corner and a new tab will open which will list all supported games. Hovering over a specific game will show you supported gamemodes too.

HI. i have been trying to claim from the store for days now, your marketplace refreshes it's items 2:30am for me. at 2:20 i start refreshing every few seconds, around 2:25 the store go's blank, i then keep refreshing until 2:35 when it eventually reloads the items and then it tells me the item i want has been last bought 5min ago. you should load more items to buy and give everyone a fair chance as i stay awake long past my sleep time to try and claim but can't because your store does not load until everything is sold out again. what can i do to claim
You're probably refreshing too many times too quick, so you're put on a cooldown - just try refreshing when you think the next restock is going to be. Also, check #870329411986149536 #when_is_next_restock

i know this is rant but it just seems like they don't really care about the users anymore. in the beginning they had gaming mice and headsets games etc to claim but now everything is just empty with no support nothing and they are still making money
Are you from the US? If not then you wouldn't have been able to redeem those equipment to begin with. We've set items to only be visible for their own region
We're aware support for regions other than the US is kinda lacking atm but I don't really know what anyone's thinking 
I'm hoping eventually we cut service for regions we can't stock for to reduce user dissatisfaction and I know a few people who want that but money is money and capitalism marches forth

Goldi just told you that some regions have more/less items than other regions, but it's not slower in some regions
It's not "1 of each" and the marketplace isn't slower in different regions
If you have experimental proof, feel free to open a ticket and bring it to the staff and they will help you look into it

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
