I absolutely disagree with the statement, that reserve system would do no good...Why ? 1. If you make a reserve option available at least once per for example 3 months it won't hurt anyone at all. 2. It will also comfirm a speculations and anger about not enough gift cards added per day :). 3. Gift cards are always out of stock 99,99% of the day. And if you wait for restock, it is gone is second and do you know what is the best ? Code takes too long for many people to get. That being said, there is also more reasons why Buff system does not work and why people are leaving and starting to call this app a scam and changing their reviews and so on...I have over 18k buff points without chance to redeem for almost like a year ? Why ? No chance (also bad timezone reset as well).

This just means that Buff is an app that's not able to sustain its user base

It doesn't get much further than that

If restocks are purposefully limited to 1 per day or whatever, it just means that most of the users who are dedicated to actively using the app are never going to be able to spend the buffs they've accumulated. Talking about tens of thousands of buffs here. This is what truly makes people leave. The fact that Buff won't do more restocks as it would result in negative profit.

My case:

Just can't keep up with user demand and gotta figure out new ways to fix that problem, because what's the point of having this many imaginary points, if they're never going to mean anything except that users are making more money for Buff. However, Buff isn't giving back any value to the users though...

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one :)

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
