Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

-Reduce mouse report rate/polling rate

When i try to open aimlabs, Buff brings up a "game launch screen", but because of the way aimlabs is set up I can't interact with it. The screen blocks my view and according to the settings I've looked at, I can't turn that screen off unless I buy premium, which I don't want to do. Is there a way to work around this problem, or do I just need to uninstall Buff while I play aimlabs?

3- Keep OverWolf running
4- Launch the game and see if BUFF starts automatically when you launch the game
