It should really just be download, load your game and it should work flawlessly, shouldn't have to jump through hoops, run a marathon, give logs, upload them, send them just to get help, they should have my email, my logs, and everything they need, and when they asked for my email and yet i emailed them... To me i just do not understand that. or they just do not want to help. I get it its a free App to use, but when its this hard to use and work, just isn't worth the time, and i was willing to pay for their memberships, but not when this isn't a single day the app works as intended, heck even some games it gives you nothing or zero coins even though its a buff supported game. its not just 1 game or 1 thing, its multi games and things that go wrong, and its not 100% of the time, so i can't give detailed infomation about 1 issue when its many issues. and its not my side its the app itself that isnt consistent. And the fact that its everyone that i've talked to that use the app all has same issues, they just dont complain about it, but if its going to be a paid service it should work as intended or not have paid services such as premium.

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

We don't really know when ANY cards will be in stock again. They're getting refreshed every once in a while, but also they're getting bought extremely fast.
So, probably, the best way is to keep an eye on the market to get in time for buying one :)

2- Close BUFF and the game
3- Keep OverWolf running
4- Launch the game and see if BUFF starts automatically when you launch the game
If BUFF starts auto, play a match and see if it works.
