In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

in rocket league it would pop up and say daily met. In apex the window wasn't popping up at all. By pop in rocket league I meant it wouldn't transition from the "daily buffs met" to show my buffs. I'm lucky if it tracks my exp in games as well. It was working today but hasn't been working 2 days before. Don't know if it matters but I'm EU

I have three monitors set up with a verticle on the left and two horizontal monitors and used to buff would open where i left it on the top horizontal monitor it would stay there but now it always opens on the dead center of the vertical monitor everytime and the app is longer than the width of my vertical monitor and ive tried most everything to move its open screen back but it wont. curious if theres any solutions to this

i believe buff always open on the last monitor (in this case would be the left one which is the 3rd one). Maybe touching some settings on the display settings could solve it. But not an official solution

Try this: close overwolf on your task manager (ctrl + shift + esc), close the game, open only overwolf again, open the game, see if buff opens automatically (you must see a pop-up window). If it does, try playing another match

On the top of the BUFF app window, there is a button that says “Premium Page”. Click on that, and you will see an option to cancel your subscription by clicking on "Unsubscribe", check the image below to see how the butons look like.
Your subscription will still stay active for 30 days after your last charge even after you’ve canceled it. You just won't be charged again unless you subscribe to premium again in the future.
