API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Reward Track Season 3 XP Gain Issue:

There are days where I can complete two to three Levels in one day. However, the last 3 days I've only completed one level. I even have buff pass. I'm currently on 96. I noticed a couple games the XP didn't increase. I'd say I've been playing full time for a couple days...more than 12 hours a day actually. If I were gaining XP the way I was before, 2 levels in 1 day, I should've completed the whole rewards track by now. Could someone please look into it and see what's happening? Also if you need to investigate how many hours I've played, my summoner's name is ImDrunkBro, and I play LoL, Aram, and TFT.

hi. I use buff quite a lot for Rocket League however I've been recently having an issue where buff loads and it crashes the game. Since Rocket League goes borderless fullscreen when it opens I can't close the window (as for some reason when I close the window but let it stay in the background it fixes the issue). The only solutions I've found are:
1: overlaying it with the Xbox Gamebar and then closing the window
2: force closing apps by logging out which closes everything
btw i know it isn't lack of power as my PC is a i7 13700K, 32GB RAM, SSD storage and a 4070ti
(I do also use bakkesmod and RL TRN if that could cause issues when buff tries to load)

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
