In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

To find the settings, click on the gear ( ⚙️ ) icon in the bottom left corner of BUFF, select "Highlight recording" at the top and then tick the slider so that the recording is disabled; restart BUFF and your game in order for the settings to apply
-Reduce mouse report rate/polling rate
This can usually be done in your mouse settings software, general instructions would be to check your mouse's "performance" tab and look for "polling rate" or "report rate" settings; lower the value until you don't experience any stutters, our recommendation is to never go below 250 Hz

UPDATED GAME TRACKING ISSUES

Sometimes when a new patch comes out for a BUFF supported game it usually stops Overwolf from tracking it and thus makes BUFF unable to reward you with coins.
List of known games that are having this issue:
-R6
-VALORANT
-Apex Legends
-Fortnite
-Rocket League
You can check the status of your game in #game-status. Note that it might take a few hours until the status is updated.

It's an issue on Overwolf's side - this means that Overwolf devs need to update their tracker to work with the new version of the game. It usually takes them a couple of days to fix it.
Please move to Overwolf's discord channel if you have additional questions about this issue or if the issue persists for a longer period of time.

Okay i have a couple of problems. Problem number one is Buff turing white when i log into a game. Number 2 is when I go into valorant the launch screen is very small so i have to go out of the game to close it or it will be stuck on my screen. The Thirdproblem is Valorant tracker has been weird and has not been working as well as it has a couple days ago, It won't show my stats or anyone elses in game. My Last problem is my account got frozen and I have sent in a couple requests and its been almost 2 weeks since my first one and it still hasnt been un frozen. I know its alot but could anyone help?

2- Close BUFF and the game
3- Keep OverWolf running
4- Launch the game and see if BUFF starts automatically when you launch the game
If BUFF starts auto, play a match and see if it works.
