On my task bar I have 2 tabs open for BUFF, 1's the lobby and the other one's supposed to be the tracker, but the tracker's invisible on my screen and when I close the game my BUFF Coins haven't gone up at all. So I did some tests and it seems it doesn't show up only on games that track your time on it all the time. It comes up on Valo and Minecraft bed wars when the matches start, but it won't show up on Baloons, MH rise, Plate Up, or Stardew Valley. So I'm assuming it's just a graphics error

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.
If you bought an RA card and you play on AP/BR (VALORANT) or Garena (League of Legends) servers, please be careful next time and read the item description as all the cards are non-refundable!

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Well, it is called fake marketplace advertising. Everything is out of stock in like...5 secs ? So why not remake that system already ? basically there should be a simple rule: every 3 months=100% one gift card of your choice you buy for buffs. Obviusly some people buying multiple gift cards each day cuz they get lucky or just too speedy. While some legit don't make it in time or either don't feel up for this stupid system. In this I wanna point out, that some people should not be allowed to get multiple gift cards in a row or in a week at least (one buy per week). That being said, if you don't wanna do that, then increase the income of codes.
