Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

i genuinely dont believe buff stocks more than a single $5 riot card at a time. It doesnt matter how fast i click on the restocked card, the email takes so long to arrive (maybe 4 seconds) the cards are ALL ALWAYS already sold out and the code won't redeem.
You NEED to fix this issue, I'm so fed up with this same issue happening every single restock,
