I ended up removing the app from my Win11 machine, because it was filling my notifications with statements that there was an update available. I uninstalled and installed the latest version, and still saw as many as 20 notifications about an update. Got tired enough of the constant false notifications that I decided I no longer needed the app on my machine. Maybe if the company figures out how to do things right with the app so that it can actually tell when it's properly up to date, I might reinstall.

API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

If you receive a "Fraud error!" message after you finish your match it most likely means that the match was too short for you to get coins. This only happens for matches that are only a few minutes long. Try to play your match a little longer and you should be able to get coins from it!

Starting June 2021 Riot decided to stop accepting global Riot Access (RA) cards on AP and BR servers.
That means if you play on any of the Asia Pacific and Brazilian servers, you won't be able to redeem RP cards on League of Legends and VALORANT.
Keep in mind that it was Riot's decision and there's nothing we can do about it at the moment.
Also, RA cards don't work on Garena servers too.

So today I decided to redeem my rewards from previously paying for the BUFF pass
I activated my 10% Marketplace boost as well as my 72 hour BUFF Premium Elite pass trial and for some reason it let me activate them, but nothing has happened? In my item inventory it even says they were claimed on the 19th on January?? Which isn't even possible as I hadn't even activated them until today (Today is the 3rd May 2023)
I'm quite upset about this as I'd been saving them to use, and obviously they were rewards for the Buff pass which I paid for... so I feel a bit cheated that I didn't even get to use my rewards from that
