API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

I have, it was a question about integrating BUFF properly with the game, not an advertisement. Our game (which I won't mention bc I guess that is sacrilege) already works with BUFF since it is based on Source SDK 2013, it registers as HL2: DM. My simple question was: can we fix the name on it? Only posted the name because well if I post the game you get the name of the game. 🤣

Okay, well I just want to say our game (which I won't mention) already works with BUFF & isn't monetized. I am a volunteer developer, I have nothing at all I have nothing to gain from posting about it, just wanted to see if it was possible to have a service I already use pretty much already day change the name of our game in the app. That's all.
