API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

I get if they don't have enough people and it's still a developing business, but that one thing, the tracker and adding the restocks with announcements and setting a time when they will go live to sale, will be better on both ends, because it would stimulate the users to use the points and then earn more and it would assure them that this is not a scam. As for the devs, it besides the previous benefits, of trust, it would also allow them for more sales, and it wouldn't take much, if the restock happens today, they just have to add the items that they bought and set a debut date for like tomorrow or 2/3 days after, that is not that hard to do, what would take a bit more time is the software (I'm guessing), but shouldn't be a complicated one xD
