API MARKET ISSUE

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.

Hi. I played fall guys and it didn't detect one of my missions (receive 100 kudos in total). I received 300 kudos through an ingame mission by playing fall guys rounds however it did not detect the kudos i had gained on buff. for some reason though it detected another mission (receiving coins)?

No official source since they don't tell you. It's the time as observed by the users and "last purchased" times. Although the restock for Amazon and riot cards gets sold within seconds, so you really have to be quick with this, next restock will happen 7 hours later at 6 am IST, convert that to your time zone

do they live update the restock, do I have to close and reopen the store, or do I have to restart all of buff when the restock happens

also general question, is there a way to fix my region, because I live in the USA but I am not in the NA region on the buff app

It's isn't "live update" as you're saying, but you just need to uncheck and check again the filter if you're looking somewhere in particular (Turkey, EU, USA and etc..) (Global).

But it's mostly for the EU and Asia PPL since us marketplace is already plenty filled with a 5$ riot card always in stock as well as other stuff too that has different restock timings

Basically, the global 5 and 10 dollar gift cards, roblox 10 dollars, and Amazon 5 dollars will refresh

Others may or may not

But the timings remain same

Except for some in the us which refresh 3 hours prior or 3 hrs later than this time

All restocks are every 12 / 24 hours for me (Global/EU). 🙂 not sure where that every 6 hour restock comes from, tbh. 😄
