I had problems with the buff for fortnite simply not working. There was an empty argument that I should play something else. Which seems pretty rude to me because I like Buff so much that, like many others, I simply came and after a few hours I bought an annual elite premium account. For many years I was a broker, I ran f2p private servers for friends or helped as a support admin for many years. But I would never think of dealing with someone like this. After all, if I currently played more than only 2 games that are supported or the clan I lead had actions in other games. But in principle it is possible to communicate better. Is this how you value the buff here for a player who comes and is the first to support you with a larger amount than he will probably have the opportunity to receive in the next x months or longer?

In order to allow automatic restocks of items, BUFF uses API services from our suppliers to track the needed information about gift cards - one of those information being the amount of available stock.
Usually, when a card disappears from the market without prior notice it just means that there's a miscommunication between BUFF and supplier's API. This means that the card is most likely just out of stock but it doesn't appear in the market because BUFF staff needs to resolve the issue caused by the API miscommunication.
In the end, if the card is suddenly invisible in the market - it's most likely just out of stock and it will be restocked in the future once the issue with API is resolved.
